Their protocol review process generated a steady stream of data, and much of their tracking lived in large, interconnected Excel workbooks updated by hand.
Challenge
What I did
Handled ongoing data entry and cleanup, especially in the final months. Built a single source-of-truth structure across linked workbooks, a VBA automation suite to keep reference data and lookups in sync, and a data dictionary for a financial workbook. Also prototyped a Python pre-screening tool.
